Throughout my life, I have gone back and forth on filtered water. Is it better for you? Does it really work? Does the water even taste different? I grew up with a Brita water pitcher do you remember the original circular design? That one. Then we had a filter attached to our sink spout. Ive also had water through the refrigerator and those huge tank jug things too. Now-a-days I have just a simple Brita water jug in my refrigerator. Ive determined that I do think the water tastes better, and that is why I continue to drink from the Brita water pitcher. Over the course of my life, I have seen many designs of the pitcher, but none like the newest design yet the stainless steel water pitcher.
The New Look
The Brita Stainless Steel Pitcher brings a high end look to the water filtration system. It is sleek and modern, and it wont look like a sore thumb on the dinner table either. It is a brushed stainless steel and has a fingerprint resistant coating! Which is genius in my opinion, because let be honest, stainless steel is lovely until you touch it, right? The pitcher also has a premium soft grip handle in sleek black, offsetting the grey. This pitcher is classy and more fitting for the more modernized kitchen looks now-a-days. The pitcher is not only snazzy looking, but it also is the same great filtration you trust from Brita.

Facts and Filtration
This pitcher has a capacity limit of 8 (8 oz. glasses). So it is large enough that you dont have to refill after every pour. When you do refill it, you just pour the tap water in through the easy locking lid. It is BPA free and has the ability to reduced chlorine (taste and odor) mercury and cooper from tap water. Of course these substances are not in everyones water, but if they are, its great that they are lessoned from the filtration system! Once the filter is ready to be changed, the pitcher itself will notify you from the electronic filter change indicator ( usually recommending replacement filters every two months or 40 gallons).
